We at Impact100 DC join all those raising their voices in sorrow over the violent death of George Floyd and in condemnation of the systemic racism that continues to plague our country.  Equity, diversity, and inclusion are the values guiding our efforts to build an organization whose membership reflects all corners of this varied community. These will be the values that guide us as we fuel the work of nonprofits in the DC area. The disproportionate impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on communities of color has brought to the forefront existing social inequities. Impact100 DC is committed to being a part of the solution. We stand with members of our diverse community in spirit and in action. This is our home, the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, and we are all in this together.
