Fellowship Program - Impact100 DC

The Impact100 DC Fellowship is designed for women ages 21–39 who are interested in philanthropy but may not have the financial resources to join. Fellows experience collective giving firsthand and help shape how our grants transform the community.

Fellowships are made possible through the generosity of members who contribute above
the $1,000 membership level, as well as donations from corporate sponsors and other
Impact supporters.

Who Should Apply

Women who:

Live or work in DC, Montgomery or Prince George’s counties, Arlington or Fairfax counties, or the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, or Fairfax
Are between the ages of 21 and 39
Are excited to actively participate in committees, events, and member activities
Are passionate about making an impact through philanthropy

What Fellows Do

Fellows are full members—at no cost—and:

Serve on at least one grant review committee (required)
Contribute their skills to outreach, events, or communications
Connect with members, attend events, and grow as leaders

Application Timeline

Applications are due by Nov. 1, 2025.
Finalists may be asked to participate in a brief interview in November or December.
Fellows are selected by the end of December.
The one-year fellowship begins in January and is renewable for a second year.
