Ivette MoratayaI am a first-year fellow at Impact100 DC. Originally from Chicago and now residing in Washington, DC, I am joining Impact to learn more about philanthropic efforts and advocacy, as wella s to meet new people. I serve as the Outreach Director at Informed Immigrant, a nonprofit platform dedicated to informing and empowering undocumented immigrants. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog and I am currently learning to sew! |
Khalila LomaxI am a first-year fellow at Impact100 DC, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, and have recently lived in Washington, DC, Illinois, and currently I live in Maryland with my family. I am pursuing my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Language and Literacy at the University of Illinois. My deep-seated belief in the power of local community work and support is the driving force behind my attraction to Impact. I see this as the key to creating impactful change in our communities, a cause I am deeply committed to. |
