March 9-10 Focus Area Committee Chairs receive their apps

March 11- 14 FAC Chairs assign applications to readers

March 11-25 Committee members read and score applications (2 weeks)

March 26-April 10 First round of application discussion; choose 1-3 top 

choices to move on (2  weeks)   

APRIL 

April 12 Grants Chair will email all applicants to share their status 

April 13- May 4 Second round of review including in-depth Finance review

MAY

May 5-21 Site visits (2 weeks)

May 24-June 7 Final discussion; FACs vote on finalist

 JUNE

June 7   Grants Chair notifies remaining applicants
