March 1-6: Introductory FAC meetings
March 8: Proposals deadline
March 9-10: Focus Area Committee Chairs receive their apps
March 11-14: FAC Chairs assign applications to readers
March 11-25: Committee members read and score applications (2 weeks)
March 26-April 10: First round of application discussion; choose 1-3 top choices to move on (2 weeks)
April 12: Grants Chair will email all applicants to share their status
April 13-May 4: Second round of review including in-depth Finance review
May 5-21: Site visits (2 weeks)
May 24-June 7: Final discussion; FACs vote on finalist
June 7: Grants Chair notifies remaining applicants
June TBD: MEET THE FINALISTS event
